We value a healthy lifestyle. Please remember
that all apartments as well as the lounge are
non-smoking areas. You are welcome to enjoy a
cigarette outside.

LOCAL TAX

The legal local tax of € 2.60 per person (from 14 years onwards)
and night will be charged additionally.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Your holiday apartment will be available to your from 3 p.m.
onwards on your day of arrival. Please clear the apartment
by 10 a.m. on your day of departure. Please inform us briefly
by phone if you arrive after 7 p.m..

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Your stay is definitely booked as soon as you receive a
confirmation from us by email. We request a deposit of
200,00 € of your stay for a binding reservation
of your holiday. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or
by providing a credit card number. Please inquire about the
options for taking out travel cancellation insurance that covers
the fees incurred in the event of a cancellation on short notice.

CANCELLATIONS

Please inform us in writing if you wish to cancel your stay.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival
will be charged at 30% of the booked price.
Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival
will be charged at 50% of the booked price.
Cancellations on short notice as well as late arrival
or early departure will be subject to the full price.
